Cancellation Policy & No Show
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair, to all clients and to honor the livelihood of our professionals, the following policies are honored and decided on a case by case basis.
24 hour advance notice is appreciated and required
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair, to all clients and to honor the livelihood of our professionals, the following policies are honored and decided on a case by case basis.
24 hour advance notice is appreciated and required
Clients rescheduling, canceling, and no showing within 24 hours of their appointment start time will be considered a "no show" and may be charged a compensation fee up to 100% of their service(s) cost(s) which will be determined per professional based on the nature of the reschedule/cancellation/no show (example: inclement weather conditions)
If this happens 3 or more times within the course of year, a client may be asked to prepay to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your professional and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
